Having grown up working in his grandfather's construction business, Gabe learned the "ins and outs" of all aspects of residential construction. Moving forward, Gabe followed his natural path of progression and attened the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and obtained a bachelors degree in civil engineering. Gabe worked through his college years as a draftsman for a structural engineering firm in Charlotte. After graduating with honors from UNCC, Gabe accepted a job as an assistant project manger with Clancy and Theys Construction Company. In his 5 years with Clancy and Theys, Gabe, worked as superintendent and project manger on various differnet types of projects ranging from 1 million to 25 million dollars. In 2004 Gabe decided to make th plunge and go into business for himself as a contractor. Starting with small commercial upfits and small homes, Gabe grew his construction business and went on to build homes ranging from $200K to $800K. In 2007, Gabe managed, developed, and constructed a 7000 sf commercial building in Mooresville, NC and a 30 acre, 33 lot subdivision in Rowan County which is now known as one of the premier housing developments in Rowan County.

Randy grew up in the Rowan County area.  After high school he joined the US Marines to tour the world.  Returning home he went to work at Southern Railway (now Norfolk Southern Railway) while attending college at both Rowan Technical College and UNCC.  With degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, and Manufacturing Engineering  he was promoted to the design departments at Norfolk Southern where he was part of a heavy equipment design team until 1994 when he entered the Computer industry as a Pre-Sales Engineer.  After re-locating to Florida in 1996 Randy was recruited for Sun Microsystems in several roles including national management.  Currently Randy is VP of Sales for Agilysys Inc.  With a background in engineering Randy decided to team with Gabe to establish a family business for the future.  Our mission is to grow our business based on trust, integrity, and values that our family has charished  for many years!
